Enjoy a private next day try on session at your location [Dubai only]. Place your order first with Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery, then WhatsApp us to confirm your booking.

Next Day Booking

Sessions are arranged for the next day, subject to availability.

Free If You Buy

The service is free of charge when you purchase at least one item.

AED 35 If No Purchase

If no item is purchased after the session, AED 35 will be charged.

How It Works

Choose the item or styles you would like to try.

Place your order on our website using Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery.

After placing the order, WhatsApp us to book your Try Before You Buy session.

Our team will confirm your next-day timing, subject to product, size, location [Dubai only], and driver availability.

Our VIP driver will bring your selected pieces to your location.

Try the pieces and pay only for the item or items you decide to keep.

Service Charge

Try Before You Buy is free of charge if you purchase at least one item from your order.

If you decide not to purchase any item after the try on session, a service charge of AED 35 will apply.

Payment

Payment is made after the try on session for the items you decide to keep.

Availability

This service is currently available only for Dubai and is subject to product availability, size availability, delivery location, and driver availability.

Try On Rules

Items must be tried carefully during the session.
Products should not be worn outside the try-on session.
Tags and original packaging must remain intact.
Items with makeup marks, perfume, stains, damage, or signs of use may not be accepted back.
Our driver can wait for maximum 30 minutes during the session.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you purchase during the Try Before You Buy session, the order will follow our standard return and exchange policy.

Please note: if payment is made by Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery, eligible refunds may be issued as store credit only, according to Mizzkeen’s return policy.
