Returns & Exchanges Policy

🛍️ How to Make an Online Return (UAE Customers)

  1. Check Eligibility:
    Ensure your item qualifies for return. Please review our return policy below for exclusions.

  2. Submit a Return Request:
    Click the ‘Make a Return’ button on our homepage and follow the instructions.

  3. Repack Your Item:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

  4. Courier Collection:
    Our courier will collect your return within 3 working days of your request.

Returns are FREE within the UAE (1 free collection per order).
🔁 Additional collections are subject to a 20 AED charge.


🔄 Online Returns & Exchange Policy – UAE

  • Full Refunds:

    • Available for items paid via online card payment only.

    • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–14 days after we receive your return.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Card on Delivery:

    • Eligible for store credit only.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be in new, sellable condition:

      • Unworn

      • Tags attached

      • Hygiene stickers intact (for swimwear)

    • Items that are damaged, soiled, or scented (perfume, etc.) will not be accepted for return.


🔁 Exchanges (UAE)

  • We offer 1 free exchange per order (size change only).

  • For a second exchange, a 15 AED fee applies (covers collection & re-delivery).

  • Email info@mizzkeen.com to confirm your size and schedule the exchange.

Exchanging for a different product?
Place a new order and select Cash on Delivery. Once your original item is returned and approved, we will deduct the previous order amount upon delivery of the new item.

🌍 Returns – GCC, Middle East & International

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email info@mizzkeen.com to request a return and receive the return address.

Important Notes:

  • International return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Please use tracked delivery and email us your tracking number.

  • Clearly label the package as “Return” when booking with your courier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without tracking.
