Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mizzkeen, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry free. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.


🇦🇪 UAE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

✅ Eligibility for Returns (UAE)

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • All tags attached
    • Labels intact
    • Hygiene stickers intact (if applicable)

❗Returns will not be accepted if items are:

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or stained
  • Scented (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
  • Covered with makeup marks, dust, hair, or odours

💳 Refund Policy (UAE)

Online Card Payments

  • Full refunds are available for eligible returns made within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery (COD) & Card on Delivery

  • Refunds are not available for COD or Card on Delivery orders.
  • Eligible returns will receive Store Credit or Size Exchange.

🕒 Store Credit validity: 6 months from the date of issue.


🔁 Exchange Policy (UAE)

  • We offer 1 free exchange per order (size exchange only).
  • From the second exchange onwards, a fee of AED 20 applies (collection + re-delivery).

Exchanging for a Different Product?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product:

  • Place a new order and select Cash on Delivery
  • Once your original item is received and approved, we will deduct the returned item amount from the new delivery.

📩 Please contact us to confirm the process before placing the order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items are eligible for store credit or size exchange only (subject to availability).


🚚 UAE Return Collection Charges

✅ Returns are FREE within the UAE (1 free collection per order).
🔁 Additional collections are charged AED 20.

Courier collection will be arranged within 48 hours of your request.


🛍️ How to Make an Online Return (UAE Customers)

  1. Submit a return request by clicking “Make a Return” on our homepage or simply email/whatsapp us
  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ensure all tags and labels remain attached
  4. Our courier will collect your parcel within 48 hours

🌍 GCC / MIDDLE EAST / INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • International returns must be requested via:

Important Notes (International Returns)

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty/damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and return charges.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.
  • Please label your parcel clearly as “Return”.
  • Mizzkeen is not responsible for lost or delayed returns without tracking.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on payment method).


⏳ Return Processing Time

  • Returns are inspected and processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–14 working days.
