📦 Order Processing & Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with full tracking details.

📍 Dubai — Same Day (4-Hour Delivery)

  • Cost: AED 35

  • Order by: 6 PM

  • Receive by: Within 4 hours

  • Available only within Dubai

📍 UAE-Wide — Next Day Delivery

  • Cost: AED 22

  • Order by: 2 PM

  • Receive by: Before 11 PM next day

  • Free Shipping on orders over AED 300

📌 Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be charged the original shipping fee plus the return cost. These will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email for each shipment.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays with our courier partners may occasionally occur. Please reach out to us at info@mizzkeen.com and we’ll assist you in tracking the parcel.
